Help Maggots In My Carpet

I think the problem started two weeks ago.
Help maggots in my carpet. This morning i discover maggots on the carpet in my dinning area. Maggots only feed on dead or decomposing material so their source of food is often easy to locate by smell alone. Today i was walking in my kitchen maggots had covered my floor. When you ve finished remove the vacuum s bag wrap it tightly in a plastic bag and immediately dispose of it in an outdoor trash can.

I have already vacuumed three times today and within a few minutes of vacuuming there are more coming out of the carpet. They are literally coming out of the carpet. Don t know where coming from. You can t help it if you already have a fly infestation and a subsequent problem with maggots.
In order to clean up this type of infestation the carpet must be thoroughly cleaned and treated with a disinfectant. There is no food or garbage there. A vacuum will pull all the maggots buried inside of the carpet into a storage bag for easy disposal. It does take a little bit of elbow grease and a few special tools but it is possible to get rid of maggots on your own without calling in the professionals.
Dana mcpherson on november 08 2017. Often the smell of rotting food will attract flies and maggots. Maggot infestations often occur in trashcans and underneath carpeting. If you still see maggots apply more boric acid to the carpet and vacuum it again.
