On the other hand if easyweed is not pressed long enough or at too low of heat it will also not. I will say my favorite application method for the heat transfer vinyl on a mug was the mini iron. Htv or heat transfer vinyl is not intended to be used on ceramic glass mugs or any type of substrate other than something that will allow the htv to melt into it. Your best option is to not pre wash garments.
