Farm fencing for free range pigs farm fencing is wire fencing 4ft high with small holes at the bottom with the holes getting larger as you get higher up the fence.
Free range pig farming fencing. It is held up with wooden posts at about 8ft intervals. Farm fencing is also about one third of the price of welded wire fencing at least it is here in canada where i live. A medium grid rolled wire fencing is a great option for keeping in pigs. Wiring and posts must be sturdy enough to withstand challenges from a 200 pound plus porker but it must be low and fine enough to prevent a 35 pound weaner from slipping out.
Pig fence option 1 permanent. Any fence designed to keep in pigs must be well strained. Permanent fences are more sturdy last longer and will not need to be fussed with. There is a specially manufactured pig mesh 8 15 90 but it is very expensive and i would only suggest it to be necessary when trying to keep in very small pigs under weaner size.
